Financial Services company located in the Newark Delaware area seeks a Trust Assistant with excellent organizational expertise. In this role, you be the primary point person for trust clients, managing their accounts and ensuring account administration complies with federal and state laws. This candidate will also oversee a team of trust professionals, review and analyze trust documents, coordinate with management on key fiduciary findings, and assist with investment decisions and trust execution. Primary Responsibilities· Manage individual and corporate trust accounts· Assist with trust administrative activities· Keep abreast of all Trust rules and regulations· Identify and mitigate potential risk issues· Assist with database maintenance· Initiate the auditing process· Source and build prospect client pipeline· Build strong relationships with outside wealth advisors
